After we met with Nouveau we saw the big difference between them and another two management teams we interviewed. They came prepared and with their in house incredible interior designer giving us the "open concept" and a lower price than our original budget - where others wanted to charge us extra for the open concept. Eldan- the project manager, was on site almost every day and any extra things we needed to get done, didn't have to ask twice and it was done with positive attitude. The workers were very respectful of my home and were super clean.
I've heard multiple horror stories of construction management companies that are over promising and under delivering. After hearing all these experiences I was skeptical of remodeling my home and quit scared to be honest until I met my project manager, Eldan. He was highly recommended by my neighbor and after three months of extensive work on my second story home I understand why. He followed through on all his commitments, pretty accurate on timing of completion as promised and helped me save over $83,000 which was a huge benefit with working with his team. Professionalism and dedication would be a huge understatement.

Even though it's been a long 4 and half months I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the end results, not to mention my wife who was very apprehensive in the beginning couldn't wipe her smile off for days. The idea of giving the keys to someone else to drive this project from beginning to end was a bit nerve racking at first, however, as the weeks went by we knew we wouldn't have had it any other way. Nouveau Management really took care of all large issues, small details, any issue we had and even challenges we never thought we would face- they truly made sure everything runs smoothly and that we were satisfied with them and the end result.
I can say a lot of great things about Nouveau Management- they are a top notch construction management company who was able to save us almost $100,000 on our house. We had most of our interior redone, a bran new kitchen, adding a garage, interior paint, new flooring throughout the house, new plumbing / electric and a 400 square room addition. I was referred to them by my sister in law who spoke very highly of them. I went through this process with Eldan who is the most giving, detail oriented and verrrrry honest even when you don't want to hear the truth he will tell it to you like how it is. He eliminate potential problems along the way and I would completely recommend them to anyone who wants to do home remodeling.
Even though I was aware of the fact Nouveau is a new starting company, I was referred to Eldan through two different acquaintances of mine who worked with him and were very content of the outcome and the services that he gave. My job requires me to be away from home most of the week so I knew I had to hire a construction manager that would have a great communication skills and someone I can trust my home with while I'm gone. The outcome of the project is absolutely remarkable - I cant believe this is my home. The process was smooth and was such a pleasure having this comfort of someone taking care of all the things I wouldn't want to deal with.
Nouveau introduced us to different specialists after presenting us with 3-5 different bids on each process we were able to save almost $105,000 WE WERE SHOCKED! The second story renovation was a stressful process especially with 4 small children, however, Nouveau did their best to finish before the deadline and work around our hectic schedule which was extremely convenient. We are so impressed with the quality of the work and dedication, honestly we feel like we picked the best and would encourage any home owner who needs construction work to work with Nouveau Management!!!
HUGE fan of Eldan and Nouveau Management! It is super comfortable and worth it to work with them and their expertise is UNMATCHABLE. Look no further if you are trying to get quality workmanship and someone you can trust that would manage your property as he would his own. The lowest prices I came across throughout my interviews and rare to find such a dedicated team that is there every day- hands on with every detail and professional from start to finish. I was very specific about my design vision and they were able to make it a reality with their in-house designer. I wouldn't think twice to use them in my future projects.
We recently had Nouveau in our home an it was a wonderful experience.After being bailed on by our previous contractor who has already took a huge chunk of the budget over nothing, Nouveau came in to save our home and budget. At first we were afraid we would have to double our expenses due to previous mess ups, but at the end we got our bran new kitchen, two new bathrooms, laundry room and backyard all that for a bit less than what our original contractor estimated. I wouldn't ever imagine myself giving the highest recommendation on a construction management team after what my wife and I have gone through the past few years with building our family home. We were about to give up until Eldan stepped in and took the lead and managed to build our house in less than 7 months, where our previous constructors couldn't follow through in over 2 years.
